circular cards full of stereoscopic images is outdated. The View-Master VR Headset
brings the iconic brand into the future by using your phone as the
screen. It retains a connection to the past, however, with preview reels
that look like the classic cards and a lever on the side, both of which
work with the companion app to display 360-degree views of various
sights and sounds. It's compatible with Google Cardboard, so it also
works with tons of other VR apps, supports most popular smartphones, and
far more acceptable option than strapping a cardboard box to your face.
