Many people out there believe the point-and-shoot is dead, but until they make phones that can take photos like the Panasonic Lumix LX10 Camera, they'll still have a place in our bags. At its heart is a 1-inch, 20 megapixel sensor that soaks up far more detail and light then your typical pocket cam, paired with a lightning-fast, f/1.4-2.8 24-72 mm equivalent zoom lens from Leica. Of course it also shoots 4K video, has a 180ยบ flip-up touchscreen for tap-focusing and selfies, can focus as close as 1.25 inches, making it great for macro, and has hardware controls — including a lens-mounted ring — that make it easy to take control over your images.
