Robotic arms aren't just for factories and Harry Potter rides anymore. The Makerarm is a slender fabrication system that attaches right to your desk. It has quick-changing tool heads that allow it to preform a number of tasks — including 3D printing, milling, laser engraving, and electronics assembly — and can reach up to 30 inches away while working on objects up to 10 inches tall. It's also auto-levelling, connects wirelessly, allowing you to continue working when you're not at your desk, and has a small footprint, so it's not taking up a ton of space when you are.
